1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4, 5, 6 and 7 in private.

2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Representation of the People (Annual Canvass) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2020 (SSI 2020/draft); Representation of the People (Data Matching) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/draft)

3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Water and Sewerage Services to Dwellings (Collection of Unmetered Charges by Local Authority) (Scotland) Order 2020 (SSI 2020/4)

4. Forensic Medical Services (Victims of Sexual Offences) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.

5. Non-Domestic Rates (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

6. Agriculture (Retained EU Law and Data) (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider the evidence it heard at last week's meeting.

7. Census (Scotland) Order 2020 The Committee will consider the parliamentary procedure for this instrument.
