1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5, 6 and 7 in private.

2. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider whether the following instrument has been laid under the appropriate procedure and given the appropriate categorisation—
Common AgriculturalPolicy (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2019 (2019/209)

3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Common Agricultural Policy (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/209); Building (Scotland) Amendment Regulations (SSI 2019/210); University of the West of Scotland Order of Council 2019 (2019/212); Queen Margaret University Edinburgh (Scotland) Amendment Order of Council 2019 (2019/213) 

4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Historical Sexual Offences (Pardons and Disregards) (Scotland) Act 2018 (Commencement) Regulations 2019 (2019/205 (C.7))

5. Management of Offenders (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

6. Non-Domestic Rates (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the contents of a report to the Local Government and Communities Committee.

7. Referendums (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider its approach to the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.
