1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 in private. 2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 1991 (Variation of schedule 5) Order 2019 [draft]. 3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Tuberculosis (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) (No. 2) Order 2018 (SSI 2018/333); Licensed Legal Services (Complaints About Approved Regulators) (Scotland) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/341). 4. Fuel Poverty (Target, Definition and Strategy) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider further the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 5. Climate Change (Emissions Reduction Targets) (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider the contents of a report to the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee. 6. Scottish Crown Estate Bill: The Committee will consider a draft report on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 7. Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Bill (UK Parliament legislation) [LCM-S5-20]. 8. Report on instruments considered by the Committee during 2017-18: The Committee will consider a draft report outlining the work of the Committee during the parliamentary year 2017-18.
