1. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Arbitration (Scotland) Act 2010 (Transitional Provisions) Order 2016 [draft]. 2. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing and Property Chamber (Procedure) Regulations 2016 (SSI 2016/339); Court Fees (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Order 2016 (SSI 2016/332). 3. Policing and Crime Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on the Scottish Ministers in the Policing and Crime Bill (UK Parliament legislation).
