Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Asset Transfer Request (Designation of Community Transfer Bodies) (Scotland) Order 2016 (SSI 2016/361); Community Planning (Locality Planning) (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (SSI 2016/364); Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Amendment Order 2016 (SSI 2016/371); Scottish Ministers Annual Plan Planning Period (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (SSI 2016/373). 5. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 3, Transitory and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2016 (SSI 2016/365 (C.33)); Act of Sederunt (Sheriff Court Rules Amendment) (Miscellaneous) 2016 (SSI 2016/367); Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 4, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2016 (SSI 2016/372 (C.35)). 6. Report on instruments considered during the first quarter of the parliamentary year 2016-17: The Committee will consider a draft of its first quarterly report for the parliamentary year 2016-17. 7. Work programme: The Committee will consider a paper from the Clerk in relation to its work programme.
