1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 6, 7 and 8 in private.

2. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider if the following instruments have been laid under the appropriate procedure and given the appropriate categorisation—
Animal Health and Welfare and Official Controls (Animals, Feed and Food) (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/288)

3. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Investigations: Code of Practice) (Scotland) Order 2019 (SSI 2019/draft)

4. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Food Information, Labelling and Standards (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/285); Animal Health and Welfare and Official Controls (Animals, Feed and Food) (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/288)Seed, Propagating Material and Common Agricultural Policy (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/289); Caravan Sites Act 1968 (Amendment of Definitionof Caravan) (Scotland) Order (SSI 2019/295)

5. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Victims and Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2019 (SSI 2019/283 (C.11));

6. Scottish Biometrics Commissioner Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.

7. UEFA European Championship (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.

8. Transport (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.
