2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 7 in private.

3. Children and Young People (Information Sharing) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
John Swinney, Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills;
Ellen Birt, Bill Team Leader;
John Paterson, Divisional Solicitor, Scottish Government.

4. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2017 [draft].

5. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Railway Closures (Exclusion) (Scotland) Order 2017 (SSI 2017/280); Water Intended for Human Consumption (Private Supplies) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/282); Charities Accounts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/284); Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/285); Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/287); National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/289).

6. Islands (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1.

7. Children and Young People (Information Sharing) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.
