Graeme Dey, Minister for Parliamentary Business and Veterans, Susan Herbert, Head of SSI Team, Parliament and Legislation Unit, Steven Macgregor, Head of Parliament and Legislation Unit, Jenny Brough, Coronavirus Legislation Co-ordination Team, Rachel Rayner, Scottish Government Legal Directorate DeputyLegislation Co-ordinator and Brian Peddie, Head of EU Exit Legislation Team, Parliament and Legislation Unit.

3. Instruments subject to the made affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/279); Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 15) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/288)

4. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Census (Scotland) Amendment Order 2020 (SSI 2020/draft); Human Tissue (Excepted Body Parts) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/draft)

5. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Act of Sederunt (Simple Procedure Amendment) (Civil Online) 2020 (SSI 2020/293)

6. Consideration of the work of the Committee in 2019-20: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier.

7. Social Security Administration and Tribunal Membership (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.
